The Children & Rose and Hugo

Hey Guys,
I"m not sure if this has been posted before (if it has would love the
reference)
How do we know that Victorie (sorry if this is wrong, I don't have my
book to reference) is actually Bill and Fleur's child?? Is this just a
general assumption or is there canon to base it off? 

With Hermione and Ron's children I can see Hermione and Ron arguing
over names, and quite simply little Rose may have gotten her name
because JK likes to name people after flowers. Or Ron or Hermione
could have made the comment that she looked like a rose when born. As
for Hugo... I'll have to think more on that one!

I really need to get my copy back from my mum so I can read it again...
