You're absolutely correct. But, bizarrely enough, you can give a muggle 
a pig's tail, choke them with poisoned candy, invade their homes, bop 
them repeatedly in the head with a mead glass, remove their memories, 
and not be classified as anti-Muggle.

The ethical standards of this series give me a headache.
