You may be right, although legilimency requires concentration and an 
eye contact, and both of them are hard to get in a battle :-). And, 
as Steve(?) always points out, someone who is a good occlumens is not 
necessarily an equally good legilimens. OTOH, I agree that Molly was 
very emotionally open and vulnerable in her anger and grief, so maybe 
Bella managed to get a glimpse of something in her mind even without 
much concentrating :-).
