Harry Potter is not a horcrux because then it would be against
JKR's religion (Christianity). In the real world if someone has
a other soul in him then the person is possessed, by a demon for
example. But if someone is possessed then the demon (other soul)
takes control of the body where it is in. If Harry was possessed
then don't you think that Voldemort would just take control of
Harry without having to do a ritual to come back to life?

If Harry Potter was a horcrux then Voldemort would have come back
earlier in the body of a small boy. The muggles that posts things
that Harry Potter is a horcrux doesn't think that it is basically
impossible to put a soul in a scar. Why is it impossible, because
the scar is part of Harry's body. If a other soul is in the body
then Harry would have been Voldemort. The other soul would have
taken control of Harry.

And I think that it would be too risky to put a other soul in an
alive person. The person's soul would fight with the other's soul.
If it was a dead person then it would have been a different case.
The body would not stand the other soul. Harry would go insane,
and as far as I know Harry isn't insane. He just gets visions from
Voldemort. In the bible Joseph got visions from God. But in Harry
Potter, Harry gets visions from Voldemort. They say that the mind
can't tell the difference between real and dreams. That is why he
felt the visions so extremely real. The point here is that Harry
can't be a Horcrux because two souls can't live in one body.
