If it were Petunia, Harry may have recognised her - none of the
characters are identified by him because of the sequence of events,
was my point.  However, I don't believe it was Petunia or his possible
wife, but I do believe that it was Snape shouting at a cowering woman
while a boy cried.  And I think this will come into DH.
