Hmmm, I have read an interview with JKR that said that about DD (about
being completely dead, etc) and Sirius(about being dead).  However,
what I have read about Regulus is that we've haven't been hearing too
much from him lately.

If you have some links to that interview about Regulus, I would
greatly appreciate it, as I cannot find her stating that about
Regulus, as she did with Dumbledore & Sirius.
