Quick_Silver:
I can see it going either way really though. Yes Snape's eyes sweep 
the Tower top but unlike Draco's they aren't described as falling on 
brooms not even for a second despite the fact that the narrator 
describes him taking in the scene and mentions the slumped 
Dumbledore, the Death Eaters, and Draco. Nor are there any subtle 
changes in his demeanor that imply he knows Harry is there...in GoF 
when Snape puts two and two together Harry can tell when Snape makes 
the connection that Harry's there in his invisibility clock.
