No, I'm counting Petunia and Dudley, Vernon doesn't enter into it.
Think about it, you have 2 parents 4 grandparents and 8 great great
grand parents; after a thousand years and 40 generations the number
becomes huge. HUGE! That's why you're almost certainly related to the
Emperor Charlemagne; but as I said before I'm just nitpicking and JKR
is still a genius of the first magnitude. In the really important
stuff JKR got it right.
