On page 836 (US hardback edition)of OotP Dumbledore tells Harry, "I
put my my trust, therefore, in your mother's blood. I delivered you
to her sister, her only living relative."


Thus, it is clear from the books that Harry doesn't have any relatives
other than the Dursleys.
