Well, to the best of my understanding, the Marauders were just 21 or
22 when Lily and James were AK'd.  They married and had a baby very
young, but I wouldn't have expected the others, all things being
equal, to have settled down so early.  Of course, we don't know that
Sirius didn't have a SO when he was arrested, but I would have
expected whoever it was to have moved heaven and earth to get justice
for him, so assume he didn't.
