I doubt that such a spell exists - it would become very well known, and 
ultimately used extensively by the MoM to punish bad guys, and by dark 
wizards against their enemies.  One could envision it being added to 
the list of Unforgiveables. 

OTOH, we do not know the purpose of the spell from DD that LV deflected 
at the MoM in OotP
