Voldemort creates a replacement Horcrux for Diary?

I think that if LV knew that the diary wasn't the only horcrux
destroyed, then yes he would make more.  He should be able to
accomplish this because he's still a very powerful wizard.  I don't
think he did though because he wanted the diary found to prove he
was the heir of Slytherin, which he couldn't let be discovered while
he (LV) was still in school.  He may have expected the diary to be
destroyed.

Remember, Dumbledore said that he rarely makes mistakes and when he
does they are "huger."
