When Harry glimpses into Snape's mind during his Occlumency lessons, he
does not recognize the weeping woman as Irma Pince (I'm assuming that
the woman in Snape's memory is his mother, which may not be correct.)
And though of course people change as they age, Harry has had no
problem before recognizing younger versions of Crouch Sr., Bagman,
Dumbledore, Snape, the Marauders, Lily, etc. during visits to the
Pensieve.
