No, Trelawney can get into the room when he's in there simply because she's
asking for the same room he is--the room for hiding things. That's where
the Cabinet was moved after Montague came out of it, so that's what Draco
asked for. Not "a room to fix the Cabinet" but "a room for hiding things"
because he knew that's where the Cabinet was.
