But Regulus isn't family.  Nor does he even have the bond with Harry's 
actual family that Sirius did.  Much like, I met my biological father 
when I was 25 ... he was related to me, but he wasn't my "family," he 
was just a stranger who was interested in my life.  There was no bond.
