Lupin and Tonks, definitely.
Fred was kind of "expected," when we see him joking with Percy, it
clearly was a now-someone's-gonna-be-out-pretty-soon-moment, but Lupin
and Tonks, that was so unexpected, we don't even know how they died,
they just are killed, just like that.

That's what got me really heartbroken
