OK, we picked up the book at 9:10am.
We started reading it at 9:30am at McDonalds.
My daughter finished it at 11:10am the next day
and I finished it at 6:30pm.
The one thing I had trouble with is how did Neville Longbottem get the Sword of Godric Gryffindor out of the sorting hat when he stood in front of Lord Voldemort to kill the snake?
As Griphook had the sword after the battle of Gringotts and there did
not seem any way in the story for the sword to get back to the school.
My daughter thinks it is because the sorting hat is some sort of
gateway, to fetch the sword from wherever it is, to wherever it
is required, as happened in the Chamber of Secrets.
