Hi, I'm the one who thought the Dursleys died, but someone told me 
privately (because he'd already posted 5 times that day) that the book 
specifically stated that the Dursleys went WITH Dedalus (and Hestia) 
but not to his house.  I was very happy to be refuted as I didn't want 
them dead either.  So I'm sorry about my misinterpretation.
