It went something like this:
Ron named the daughter. He "said" he was naming her for his Aunty 
Rose,
but really it was for Rosmerta.

Hermione named the son. She "said" it was for her favorite Muggle
author. She just didn't mention to Ron what Mr. Hugo's first name was.
