I'm still confused...so had Snape disarmed/killed DD on his orders
the E. Wand wouldn't have worked? Why wouldn't Voldy have just then
still killed Snape under the theory that he was the Master of the
Wand and been right?

How could DD not have seen that he was ultimately putting a bulls-eye
on Snape?
