Actually only about 35% of HIV positive mothers transmit 
the virus to their children, *without* intervention.  ALL 
werewolf bites are infectious. A small number of HIV 
positive individuals may engage in predatory behavior.  
ALL werewolves are predators when they transform, by 
definition.  So I don't think the analogy is valid at all.
