As would a certain Peter Pettigrew, who iirc would know all the 
passges, whereas Argus was unaware of the one from the one-eyed 
witch to Honeydukes, so blessed at one time by Uncle Horace, in 
his days as an assistant there ;-)

I'll certainly keep a beady eye on her as she would on me given
