very interesting idea.  I actually was thinking the other day, when
looking at that cover, if it was Snape's animagus - I think it was the
wings that made me think of that.  Snape & his black robe, fluttering
around - I know he was described a "bat", but what if it really was
more like a dragon, swooping down & around.  If Snape had an animagus
and this was it, what a way to help Harry without Harry knowing who he
really was.  Draco is another great idea as well :)
