Well, for Dumbledore, I'd pick Sir Ian McKellen, but not as Gandalf - I
think having him play Dumbledore like he played Magneto would make for a
good portrayal of the "manipulative!DD" theory. Would need longer hair
and a beard though.

Hugo Weaving as Mr. Smith would make an interesting Lucius - and, again,
change the hair.

As for Snape... hmm. Who was that guy who played Metatron on Dogma?
