Everyone's suggestions for this thread have been very interesting (and have
sent me searching for some actors on the web.  I haven't been able to come
up with anything earth shattering but since Colebiancardi wrote:

Now Stacey again:

One actress comes to my mind for Bellatrix.  She's young so I would
certainly age her but anyone who saw Fairuza Balk in The Craft has to admit
she'd do the job as Bella well!  She's also got that haunting yet somehow
beautiful look.
