Eh, what **proof**? That they used Time turner or do you mean 
something else? I wonder if Snape could really *prove* it, because 
for that he would need openly accuse Dumbledore, no? And I doubt 
that he would dare at that point.

And he does not blame kids for attacking him? LOLOL. I found that to 
be sooo in character as I see it, I think Snape would rather die 
than admit that three thirteen year olds bested him, so of course he 
would rather say that they were confunded IMO.

And just as Lanval did, I find it **very** telling that Snape makes 
sure to gag Sirius, not just bind him.

He would rather prefer Sirius to be quiet going to his death, 
doesn't he?
