This is just pure speculation but, I have (as many others no doubt 
have) been thinking about how the story can end and wondered whether 
we would go back to where we started.

Therefore, I thought maybe Hermione and Ron will marry and have a 
baby but they will both die in the fight against Voldemort and the 
baby will be left with Harry, the Godfather, and he will have the 
chance to do the right thing by the little orphan, unlike the 
Dursleys did with him.  Therefore showing how Harry has become a well 
rounded adult and showing how he will be able to live happily ever 
after.

Having said all of this, I don't want any of the three to die.
