I definatly think Hogwarts WILL reopen, just as other's have said, 
JKR told us some one will become a teacher there, but I suppose it is 
possible that it may be closed at some point durring the year, but it 
will eventually have to reopen.  I think it's completely up to you as 
to whether or not you want to do alternate questions, but you could 
do as before, and if the question becomes n/a, just award full points 
for the test. 

By the way, I'd be happy to help with the contest again if you can 
use my help!
