It was stated in HBP that the store was closed, but someone suggested
that maybe the Order put him in hiding so the DE wouldn't find him and
try to use him. Or, maybe they did get to him who knows. But, if he
does end up at Hogwarts then I guess it would confirm "the ORder has
him in hiding" idea :-)
