The only poem I've heard attributed to anyone of that name goes:

On yonder hill there stands a cow.
Of she's not there, she's gone away now.

If that's a fair sample, I concur.

Although I don't believe in ESE!Minerva, I do think that this is a 
good clue. It is certainly the sort of thing that JKR does go for. (Like the fact that a British psychologist of the mid-20th C. who 
did work on the nature of memory was a Dr. Lockhart.)
