Kemper now:
A diciplinary hearing is different than a judicial hearing.  (I could
be wrong.  What do the British call judicial hearings?)

To me, it sounds like Harry might have to pay a fine... maybe do some
community service.  It doesn't sound like Harry will spend a second in
Azkaban.

That scene didn't happen.  If it had, I think Percy would second guess
his choice of political alliance.
