Notice that neither Harry or Voldemort has a wand. Harry, looking 
confident, seems to be reaching for something.

They are in what seems

I'm wondering if we might be back to the Department of Mysteries for 
the climactic confrontation - this seems something like 
the "ampitheater" where we saw the Veil. I'm guessing the "shadows" are 
Death Eaters - Voldemort seems to be grandstanding again, as in the 
Book 4 duel.
