No, Dumbledore definitely did not perform the spell, because he (and 
everyone else) thought Sirius Black was the Secret Keeper.  BTW Black 
was never the SK in case anyone asks!!  

Since Lily was a charms whiz, I expect she's the one who performed the 
spell.
