HRH saw Flitwick fighting Yaxley in the Entrance hall, when they were 
heading to the Shrieking Shack in "The Elder Wand" (p.645). He didn't 
kill him though, because Yaxley participated in the second part of the 
battle as well, and was finally taken down by George and Lee Jordan. 
Flitwick also defeated Dolohov in the second part of the battle 
(p.735). I don't know exactly how tall Yaxley and Dolohov were, but 
anyway, it must have looked kind of like Yoda fighting :-).
