I think if it went against everything he believed in he'd give it a 
second thought beyond the sassy action hero one-liner about how you 
really do have to mean it. There's nothing in canon to really suggest 
Harry's against using Unforgivables against people; he's just against 
having them used against him or his loved ones. If he himself is moved 
to throw a torture spell it must be justified, presumably.
