Did the Slytherins come back?

Hello all!

I remember the near violent list debate a while ago about whether the Slytherins came back or not at the end of DH in order to help the fight.? While reading the quote about what happened to Fortescue, I came across this:

      common sense, isn't it? Isn't that smart, to get out, get more people and
      come back with them? It's the old saying, there is no truth, there are
      only points of view.
