in wizard culture since age eleven.
Tobias Snape is a muggle.
Tom Riddle senior is a muggle.
The marriage between James and Lily was the marriage between two wizards.
The marriages between Meriope and Tom and between Eileen and Toby were
marriages between a witch and a muggle.
