Well, I've always wondered if the Stunning spell could wear off all by
itself after some time? Take Yaxley, for example. He was in the Atrium
10-15 minutes after Harry stunned him and Umbridge in the court room.
Of course, it's always possible that there was someone else down in
the dungeons who found and "enervate"(sp?) them, but still ... . And
why didn't the Dementors kiss Umbridge and Yaxley when they were
unconscious?
