Erin - These are just guesses, but since the World Cup is held in
late summer, I would guess that the season is early spring to late
summer. So perhaps, if tryouts are held, they are in late winter?

Erin - My guess is one match against each team, in each area.

Erin - National cup is probably awarded at the end of the regular
season for each country...somewhere near the beginning of August?

Here's another Q. In the book (QttA), it lists 13 teams in
Britain/Ireland league. So how did it get to be just Ireland
that went to the World Cup?
