I think we were given a "yes, Minister" TV-PM. Real PM's are shrewd
and tough manipulators. They would, as I've said before, find ways to
bring in modern technology to find out who these appearing creatures
were. In the WW, wands are used much like guns but they seem to have
very little range. In a real shootout between the 6 billion muggles
and the few wizards, muggles rule.
