Perhaps I don't understand your question...
We see a Good Ravenclaw (and a bad with Marietta).  We see only good
Hufflepuff kids.  We see Good Gryffindor (and bad, or at least very
creepy, with McLaggen).

But nobody complains about the absence of a bad Hufflepuff.
Because there are none!  Hufflepuffs rule!!!
