I had heard that same thing too- was it in an interview done with Radcliff 
that I read it? I can't remember. I thought he had said that Rowling and he 
were sitting in a cafe eating dinner or something (or met after one of his 
play nights when she came to see the play?) when she learned across the 
table and mentioned to him that he had a nude scene in the books as well.

It certainly would explain the whole Harry-decoys plot.
