Well, yes, sure all the reasons you listed why it can be the shortest 
chapter are good and agreeable to me. That was not quite my point 
though :) I  was just trying to say that it never stroke me that 
chapters are divided by content that much if that makes sense. I mean 
they are, but I always asssumed sort of natural division as story 
goes along.
