Hi everyone,
When Snape died, I was quite upset because I'd become very fond of him
(despite his basic unpleasantness). But the emptiness of Snape's life
was even more disturbing to me than his death. He was such a great
character, so many layers and facets to the man.
I definitely think his death was a necessary action in order to achieve
the proper conclusion of the series, and we all know the man was
incapable of finding any kind of happiness in his lifetime (for lots of
reasons), but I just never expected I'd be this sad! Poor old Severus,
I really miss him.
