Oh dear.  Dudley accidently becoming the master of the wand.  That
could be an interesting discussion.

Since Dudley has no magical powers, posessing and being able to use the
wand is pretty useless.

So, since Dudley accidently disarmed Harry, would Harry have to take
the wand back from Dudley by force?
