Geoff:
This depends on the school structure in the LEA (Local Education 
Authority). Pupils can change to the Secondary School/Community 
College/High School* at 11, 12 or 13. In each case, as I said in a 
parallel post, the age is that of the pupil on the relevant 31st 
August.
