I don't see why not Avada Kedavra. We've seen other angry good guys in dangerous or emotionally charged situations use the other Unforgivables in DH. Why suppose Molly would not?

I think Molly was trying to kill Bellatrix ("You will never touch our children again!"), so the particular spell she used is not important to me.
