I have no opinion about Occlumency. :-). As for Legilimency - doesn't
it require an eye contact? I think that Possesed!Quirrell had enough
sense *not* to look into anyone's eyes, just in case. Even if Quirrell
didn't know this himself, Vapor!Mort would have warned him not to walk
around staring into people's eyes (especially Snape's and DD's) :-).

Not sure :-). I gather from DD's "Keep an eye on Quirrell for me" that
they (DD and Snape) suspected Quirrell, but I'm not sure they knew he
was possessed and actually had LV inside him. Maybe they suspected
that Quirrell was LV's servant who was trying to steel the Stone for
him, that's all.
