This is something I have wondered too. How can a man, be it a
wizard, marry and have sex with a giant? Do they use magic to
transfer semen just as an experiment?

Giants don't look like capable of love at first sight ...
having a prolonged contact may soften them a little (like
Grawp) towards men – but who may have interest in that? Even
Hagrid may not find them sexually attractive (I hope).
