Kemper now:
Ginny's bullying looked different than James'. She became more
aggressive when others were talking poo.  Either hexing or
intentionally running/flying into someone, she was telling them to
mind their place.  

It is a thuggish mentality. 

As for naming his kid James, it only shows that he wanted to honor his
dad, flaws and all.
